Rajagopal is a technology entrepreneur who understands consumer behavior, psychology and the role of emotions in making buying decisions. Rajagopal has an MBA in General Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands, and is an alumnus of Osmania University College of Engineering. He has lived in USA and Europe for over 10 years before returning to India in 2003.
Over the last seven years, Rajagopal has worked with hospitals and developed an operational model for patient-centric delivery of care. The model was applied successfully in not just improving the financial results of hospitals but also their brand image, both online and offline.
